Terms and Conditions
Buyer means the person who accepts a quotation of the Seller for the sale/purchase
of the Goods or whose order for the goods is accepted by the Seller.
Seller means NgeeArts.com
Goods means the items displayed and exhibited in the photographs which the Seller
is to supply to the Buyer upon receipt of the Buyer's confirmed order and payment.
Terms and conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale governing
the agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the purchase and sale of the Goods.
Prices
All prices are quoted in US dollar, however payments can be arrange in other currencies.
Order Confirmation
To Confirm the order, the buyer must provide the following information in the order
confirmation form:
Buyer's name and email address
Buyer's contacts, address, Shipping address, billing address
Types of payment the buyer is paying.
The order only takes place when the buyer has filled in the order confirmation form
and send it to the seller. The Seller may cancel any order without any notice when the
seller suspect or find out that the order confirmation form contains of any incorrect
or false information fill in by the buyer. The buyer has to send the payment of the
order within 3 days after sending the order confirmation form. Unless the Buyer's full
payment of the purchase price reaches the seller within 15 days of the order confirmation
form. The Seller shall be at liberty on his own account to sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of the Goods in such manner as he may deem fit.
Payments
The buyer has to send the payment of the order within 3 days after sending the order
confirmation form. Unless the Buyer make the full payment of the purchase price within
15 days of the order confirmation form. The Seller shall be at liberty on his own account
to sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of the Goods in such manner as he may deem fit.
Payments can be made by sending of cash, cheques and money orders to

Cancelling of Orders
The Buyer may cancel the order by contacting the seller by Email or fax within 2 days
after the order confirmation form was sent. The Seller may cancel any order without any
notice when the seller suspect or find out that the order confirmation form contains of
any incorrect or false information fill in by the buyer. If for any reason, the Goods
ordered by the Buyer is not available or do not conform with any applicable statutory
requirements or regulations. The Seller reserves the rights to change the Goods to other
goods of a similar value for the Buyer or refund the buyer the full amount paid for the
order excluding any additional costs from postage stamp fees, insurance or damages due
to the cancellation. Unless the Buyer make the full payment of the purchase price within
15 days of the order confirmation form the Seller shall be at liberty on his own account
to sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of the Goods in such manner as he may deem fit.
Shipping
Because of the complexity of shipping Arts and crafts, allow 3-7 days for preparations
of delivery. Delivery will take about 2-5 days to reach destinations depending on locations.
The seller will not be responsible for any delay of the delivery of the goods. All Parcels
will be insured unless specifically instructed by the buyer. Parcels not insured will be at
the buyer's own risk for the shipping. All item shipped will be insured unless specifically
instructed by the buyer, therefore the Seller will not be responsible for any damages by the
courier companies as the shipment is insured.
Receiving of goods
Buyer must collect the goods upon arrival. The Seller will not be responsible for any missed
delivery in any circumstances. Re-sending of the uncollected goods will be at the cost of the
buyer.
Refunds and Returns of goods
Buyer shall inspect and examine the goods at the time of arrival and inform the seller by
email or by facsimile transmission of any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods
or failure to correspond with specifications within 5 days. Buyer has to prove the item is
not as described by an opinion of an expert or lab test report at the buyer's own expense.
If buyer do not inform the seller within the specific period, the goods shall deemed to be
in all respects in accordance with the descriptions and specifications and the Buyer shall
be bound to accept the Goods.
